Payments & Security Policy
All our igloo’s are for a 24 hour hire period.
Deposits
We require a £75.00 deposit to secure your Igloo booking and chosen date. All dates are subject to availability, terms and conditions apply.
All dates are subject to availability. Once we have found your date, to proceed with your booking we ask for a deposit of £75.00 to secure the date. This deposit is fully refundable up until 10 days before your booking date and when we receive the outstanding balance.
A member of our team will contact you 48hours before your chosen date to confirm and receive full payment.
Full payment
Full payment must be made 48hours before you chosen date. You will receive a friendly reminder.
Invoice and receipts will be sent out once the deposit has been paid.
All deposits are paid via bank transfer, sent to you email address, along with a booking invoice.
Security deposit
£100 security deposit is required for all bookings. This will be fully refundable upon collection of the igloo and it’s contents show that no damage has been caused.
The deposit will not be refunded if any damage has been caused to the equipment or if the terms and conditions have been breached.
Upon receiving your full terms and conditions, please guarantee that you have read and are familiar with the content, as upon receiving the information, you are committing to the terms within the contract. You should also keep this information safe for future reference, as it may include information related to your equipment during your rental/hire period.
